Belak & Crowell Interiors, founded by Jennifer Belak and Hannah Crowell, is an interior design studio based out of Nashville, TN. We specialize in all aspects of residential and commercial design, renovations, new builds, art procurement, consulting, space planning, green designs, and home staging.

Jennifer, born in San Antonio and raised in Colorado, moved to Los Angeles in 1992 to pursue her career in film and television. Ten years later, having been one of the few to actually succeed in Hollywood, she traded in Hollywood to marry her long time love, National Hockey League player Wade Belak. While living and traveling through Europe she fell in love with old world architecture and design. She studied interior design at the Academy of Design in Toronto where she discovered her passion for architecture and structural detail. She has built and remodeled nine houses of her own as well as those of numerous clients across the US and Canada. She is a wife and a mother who loves muted palates, antiques and all aspects of building a home.

Hannah, a native Nashvillian, moved to San Francisco in 1995 to study Art History and Theatre. She spent the next 12 years in California, Austin and New York City working in the visual and performing arts. She served as director for two major art galleries in New York and San Diego before attending the San Diego Design Institute to study interior design. She has decorated homes in California, Georgia and Tennessee, frequently incorporating her passion for vintage photography, folk art, antiques, reclaimed materials and flea market finds. She is a wife, mother, artist and lover of music.
